About the Ebook

In this revised edition of Tablet Weaving in Theory and Practice: Vacant-Hole Pinwheels, with all new photography, reformatted drafts (including one new extra draft) and improved and expanded explanations, you will find 23 motifs adapted from the Hildesheim Cope, with a further 29 inspired by it. All 52 vacant-hole technique motifs are unique, with no mirror images or rotations, and are interchangeable, so that they can be used in any order you choose, and are each accompanied by a colour photograph of how they will appear when woven.
If you already have the first edition of this book and would just like to have the new draft (or you'd like to try it out before buying the new revised edition), the author has shared it for free as a draft called "Clover", which you can find at the website linked in her profile.
This book is intended for weavers who know the basic techniques of tablet weaving and would like to learn new drafts, but a list of resources is given at the back for those who wish to improve their skills or learn more about the art of tablet weaving.
